Posters

If you are printing your poster before the conference and need to send it to Australia ahead of time, please send posters to:

They will be waiting for you in Sydney when you arrive. Please make sure to send posters well ahead of time, shipping from overseas to Australia takes between 1-2 weeks. They will need to arrive at the ADA by Thursday May 23rd.

The dimensions of each poster board are 2 metres high by 1 metre wide.

If you would like to print your poster in Sydney, here are a few options for printing on and around UNSW campus:

โ€ข Send high quality ready to print PDF to them
โ€ข An A0 sized poster will have a 24 hour turn around

Download the form and fill out with relevant information, then send them an email with the form attached and a PDF of your poster to be printed.

โ€ข Cost for an A0 poster is AU$55

It does take them 3-5 business days to get the order completed, so this isnโ€™t the best option if printing poster after arriving.
